Mill Creek Campground is a small roadside campground in Mendocino National Forest, situated along Mill Creek about 8 miles west of Stonyford on Forest Road 18N01. The campground provides six campsites on a first-come, first-served basis, each equipped with a picnic table and fire ring. Vault toilets and potable water are available on-site. A stream flows through the campground and is at its best in winter and early spring, making it a popular destination for fishing during those seasons. The campground also serves as a base for off-highway vehicle recreation, with access to the Grindstone OHV trail system nearby. Sites are $10 per night. Check-in is at 2:00 p.m., check-out at 11:00 a.m., and quiet hours run from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Payment can be made on-site with cash or card, or by scanning the QR code at the kiosk using the Recreation.gov mobile app.
