Lost Meadow Campground is situated in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest on the Naches Ranger District, offering developed and dispersed camping options at 3,100 feet elevation. Located along Little Naches Road (Forest Road 1900), this campground is a heavily used staging area for off-highway vehicle recreation, with single-track motorcycle trails accessible directly from the camping area. The campground provides two vault toilets but no potable water on-site. Campers can obtain water at the nearby Kaner Flat Campground or bring their own supply. The facility operates on a day-use fee system of $5 per vehicle per day, with Northwest Forest Passes and Interagency Recreation Passes honored. Visitors should be prepared to pay with cash or check. Access from Naches requires traveling west on Highway 12 for 4.4 miles, continuing onto Highway 410 West for 24.2 miles, then turning right onto Little Naches Road/Forest Road 1900 for 4 miles. The campground experiences heavy usage, particularly during the OHV recreation season.

From Naches, travel west on Highway 12 for 4.4 miles. Continue straight onto Highway 410 West for 24.2 miles. Turn right on Little Naches Road/Forest Road 1900 and follow 4 miles. The site is on the left side of the road.
