About
Lost Dutchman Cabin Loop provides a comfortable camping experience at Lost Dutchman State Park in the Sonoran Desert. The five two-to-three room cabins are climate-controlled with heating and air conditioning, featuring a queen-sized bed, two sets of bunk beds, counter and chairs, and a ceiling fan with overhead light. Each cabin has two covered porches positioned to capture both sunrise and sunset views of the Superstition Mountains. While cabins have no interior plumbing, restroom and shower facilities are located a short walk away in the cabin loop. Dish-washing sinks are available behind the restroom building. Each cabin site includes a picnic table and fire ring with adjustable grill gate for outdoor cooking, though cooking inside cabins or on porches is prohibited. The park offers access to hiking trails into the Superstition Mountain Wilderness and Tonto National Forest, including the challenging Siphon Draw Trail to the Flatiron. A visitor center operates as a gift shop with maps, souvenirs, and limited snacks. All cabins are wheelchair accessible, and a dump station is available for registered campers.
