About
Bagley Flat Campground offers a distinctive camping experience on Saguaro Lake, accessible only by boat. Located 35 miles east of Mesa, campers must first drive to Saguaro Del Norte Recreation Site to launch their watercraft, then travel approximately 4 miles by boat to reach the campground. The effort is rewarded with a peaceful, semi-secluded setting shaded by a grove of mesquite trees. The campground features 10 designated sites, each equipped with a grill and picnic table. A vault toilet serves the area and is notably the only restroom facility on the upper portion of the lake. A courtesy dock makes fishing access convenient. There is no potable water, so campers must bring their own supply. Camping at Bagley Flat is free, though fees apply at the boat launch. Quiet hours run from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. with no generators permitted during that time. Glass containers are prohibited. The 14-day stay limit applies.
