About

Loristica Group Campground sits at 8,100 feet in a scenic wooded meadow surrounded by Douglas fir, lodgepole pine, and aspen trees in the Lost Creek Range of eastern Idaho. This reservation-only group facility is designed for larger gatherings such as family reunions, youth groups, or club outings, accommodating up to 100 people with a maximum of 15 vehicles. The campground offers basic amenities including a vault toilet, picnic tables, fire rings, and an amphitheater with a campfire circle for group activities. Campers must bring their own drinking water as none is available on site. The maximum vehicle length is 25 feet, with a pull-through driveway on gravel surface. No vehicles are permitted in the meadow at any time. Two trailheads can be accessed within a mile of the campground. The Bear-Wet Creek Trail accommodates hiking, horseback riding, and off-road vehicles, while the Long Lost-Wet Creek Trail is non-motorized and leads to a high plateau with spectacular views of the Little Lost and Big Mountain Ranges. Wildlife in the area includes deer, elk, bears, foxes, coyotes, and bighorn sheep.
