About
Lakeview Park Campground occupies a scenic bluff on Bull Shoals Lake in the Ozark Mountains of northern Arkansas. Managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the campground provides 78 wooded campsites, all with electric (30 or 50 amp) and water hookups, plus paved parking spurs ranging from 25 to 42 feet. Each site includes a picnic table, fire ring, and grill. Two group shelters are also available. The campground features hot showers, flush toilets, and an RV dump station. A boat ramp provides direct lake access, while a swimming area and playground serve families. A 1.5-mile nature trail begins within the campground for those looking to explore on foot. Bull Shoals Lake spans hundreds of miles of coves and arms, making it a premier destination for boating, water sports, swimming, fishing, and scuba diving. The nearby White River is a nationally recognized trout fishery. Each winter, more than 100 bald eagles congregate in the Bull Shoals area. Firewood must be purchased locally to prevent spread of invasive pests.
