About

Lake Easton State Park campground provides a convenient mountain getaway along the I-90 corridor between Seattle and Ellensburg. The campground features utility sites with full hookups (water, electric, sewer) as well as standard non-hookup sites suitable for tents and RVs. Four accessible restroom buildings with showers serve the campground, and a dump station is available for RV waste disposal. Sites include fire pits and picnic tables. The park sits along the shores of Lake Easton, a reservoir on the Yakima River, offering a boat launch, dock, and swimming beach. Additional amenities include a playground, basketball court, horseshoe pits, and an amphitheater. The surrounding area provides access to hiking, fishing, and winter activities at the adjacent Lake Easton Sno-Park. Due to the campground's proximity to Interstate 90, highway noise is audible throughout the park. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. The campground operates seasonally from May through October, with limited winter camping available in the day-use and boat launch parking areas during the closure period.

From Seattle, take I-90 east approximately 70 miles to Exit 70 (Lake Easton State Park). Turn right at the end of the off-ramp and follow signs to the park entrance.
