About

Located along State Route 664 in Logan, Hocking Hills State Park Campground serves as base camp for exploring southeastern Ohio's spectacular gorges, waterfalls, and hemlock forests. The campground features 47 full-hookup sites and 122 electric sites with 20/30/50-amp service, all with paved pads, fire rings, and picnic tables. Non-electric sites and primitive walk-in family camping are also available for those seeking a more rustic experience. Facilities include three heated shower houses with flush toilets, a laundry facility, year-round dump station, and camp store. A seasonal outdoor pool operates Memorial Day through Labor Day for registered campers. The campground can accommodate RVs up to 50 feet. Three Sherman Cabins provide climate-controlled sleeping quarters with refrigerator and microwave but no running water. The campground's location adjacent to Old Man's Cave Visitor Center provides unmatched access to the park's most famous features. Naturalist programs run throughout the camping season, and the trail system connects directly to miles of hiking through recess caves, rock shelters, and towering hemlocks.
