About
Nestled in the steep Yuba River canyon between Grass Valley and Yuba City, Englebright Lake Boat-In Campground provides a unique boat-in camping experience across 51 sites distributed along 24 miles of shoreline. The campground is organized into multiple areas including Hogback, Bonanza, Longs Cove, Longs Point, Rocky Bluff, Singles Point, Shadyside, Boston Bar, Upper Boston Bar, and Bucks Beach, offering both open and wooded site options. The lake is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and is a popular destination fishery, providing anglers with smallmouth and largemouth bass, trout, and Kokanee salmon. Water sports, houseboating, and wildlife viewing are also popular activities. A marina convenience store at Skipper's Cove is accessible by land or water. This is primitive camping with no hookups or running water at sites. Vault toilets are located within walking distance of camping areas.
