About

Eastbank Campground occupies a prime location on Lake Seminole where the Flint and Chattahoochee rivers converge at the Georgia-Florida border. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers operates this year-round facility featuring 65 campsites organized into three loops (A, B, and C). Most sites offer 50-amp electric service and water hookups on gravel pads accommodating RVs up to 52 feet, while two tent-only sites (B64 and B65) provide more secluded waterfront camping without hookups. Campground amenities include modern flush restrooms with hot showers, laundry facilities, and an RV dump station. Each site typically includes a picnic table, fire ring, lantern pole, and charcoal grill. The boat ramp, courtesy dock, and fish cleaning station make this an ideal base for anglers pursuing the lake's abundant largemouth, hybrid, striped, and white bass populations. Lake Seminole spans 37,500 acres with 376 miles of shoreline surrounded by pine and hardwood forest. Beyond fishing, visitors enjoy boating, water skiing, swimming, hiking, and wildlife watching. The area supports diverse species including bald eagles, hawks, alligators, and gopher tortoises.
