About
East Fork Campground is a small, remote campground located on the East Fork of Big Goose Creek in Wyoming's Bighorn National Forest. Positioned about two miles north of Park Reservoir off Forest Road 26, the campground provides access to numerous smaller creeks and streams in the area. The setting is quiet and secluded, ideal for campers seeking solitude away from more developed recreation areas. The campground offers basic amenities including vault toilets and potable drinking water available from a hand pump. Each site includes a picnic table. All campsites are first-come, first-served with no advance reservations accepted. The nightly fee is $20 for a single site, with Interagency Senior/Access passes providing a 50% discount. A second non-towed vehicle incurs an additional fee. Sites are limited to 8 people maximum. Fishing in the East Fork of Big Goose Creek is a primary draw. Dogs are permitted but must remain on a leash. Horse and pack animals are prohibited at this campground. The 14-day stay limit applies.
Directions
From Sheridan, WY, travel about 4 miles south on WY 332, then 8 miles south on WY 335. The road becomes Forest System Road (FSR) 26; continue another 11 miles to the campground.
