About
Distillery Bay is a remote location on Priest Lake, surrounded by the rugged Selkirk Mountains in the Idaho Panhandle National Forests. Often called Idaho's crown jewel, Priest Lake offers stunning natural beauty with clear waters and dense forests of hemlock and cedar. The bay is accessed via the Priest Lake Lakeshore Trail, making it ideal for those seeking a more primitive and secluded camping experience away from developed facilities. The area sits at approximately 2,500 feet elevation and provides opportunities for fishing, hiking, and water activities on the 25,000-acre Priest Lake. The surrounding forests are home to diverse wildlife, and the Selkirk Mountains provide a dramatic backdrop to the pristine lake waters.
