About

Curlew Lake State Park sits along the western shore of Curlew Lake in the Okanogan Highlands of northeastern Washington. The 87-acre park offers a mix of standard tent sites and RV sites with partial or full hookups, accommodating rigs up to 45 feet. Six pull-through sites make maneuvering larger vehicles easier. The campground provides modern amenities including flush restrooms, hot showers, drinking water, and a dump station. The park is centered around lake recreation. A free boat ramp and 80-foot dock provide easy water access, with sites 73-80 offering no-fee mooring dock privileges. Curlew Lake is stocked with rainbow trout and supports populations of largemouth bass, making it a popular fishing destination. A designated swimming area with nearby picnic facilities and barbecue grills rounds out the day-use options. The surrounding landscape of pine-covered hills and open meadows offers opportunities for wildlife watching and relaxation. The small town of Republic, known for its fossil beds at Stonerose Interpretive Center, is just a few miles south.
