About
Corner Lake Campground is a small, rustic campground located in the Hiawatha National Forest in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The campground sits on the shores of a 100-acre lake that provides excellent opportunities for fishing, motorized boating, and swimming in a shallow, gradual beach area ideal for young children. Nine large, wooded campsites offer a peaceful setting with ample space between sites. This is a first-come, first-served facility that does not accept reservations. The campground operates seasonally from May 15 through September 5. Each campsite is equipped with a picnic table and fire ring. Campers should note that there is no potable water or restrooms on-site, so visitors must bring their own water supply and be prepared for primitive conditions. The campground also provides access to the nearby Pine Marten Run OHV trail system. Federal Recreation Passes (Golden Age/Access or America the Beautiful) are accepted. Standard sites cost $20 per night, while double family sites accommodate two camping units for $40 per night. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
