About
Clear Creek State Park campground sits within 1,444 acres of scenic forest in the Clear Creek Valley, where Clear Creek meets the Clarion River. The campground features 52 sites, with 41 offering electric hookups (30 or 50 amp service) and 11 non-electric sites. Modern amenities include flush toilets, hot showers, potable water, and a sanitary dump station. Every campsite comes equipped with a picnic table and fire ring. Beyond camping, the park offers 22 rustic cabins sleeping 4-8 guests and two yurts for those seeking alternatives to tent or RV camping. Recreation options include a nine-hole disc golf course, basketball court, amphitheater, playground, and a beach swimming area on the Clarion River. Two special canoe/kayak campsites accommodate paddlers on multi-day river trips. The park maintains a family-friendly atmosphere with quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. and a one-family-unit or five-unrelated-persons limit per site. Cell service is unpredictable throughout the park, so downloading maps ahead of arrival is recommended.
