The pavilion provides a large indoor gathering area complete with picnic tables, limited seating, and a fireplace. Adjacent facilities include flush toilets, an outdoor picnic area with tables and grills, and a crystal clear lake with a natural sandy beach. The pavilion serves as an excellent base for exploring the surrounding Sylvania Wilderness, which offers more than 30 named lakes, 26 miles of hiking trails, and 50 backcountry campsites. The area is known for its untouched virgin timber, pristine waters, and wilderness solitude. Clark Lake Campground is located nearby for those seeking overnight camping options. The facility includes 46 parking spots plus 2 accessible spaces and 1 bus/large vehicle space. Day use hours are 6am to 10pm daily. The pavilion is available for reservation but does not grant exclusive rights to the facility. Groups over 75 individuals require a special use permit.
