Caledonia State Park spans 1,125 acres in Adams and Franklin counties along the historic Lincoln Highway (US 30) between Chambersburg and Gettysburg. The park sits within the South Mountain range and offers two distinct campgrounds: Chinquapin Hill and Hosack Run. Combined, they provide 165 campsites including 33 full-hookup sites with 50-amp electric, water, and sewer connections; 24 modern electric sites; and 100 modern non-electric sites. Chinquapin Hill Campground is nestled on the side of a mountain among shade trees and sits near the swimming pool and amphitheater. Pets are prohibited at this campground. Hosack Run Campground is located about a mile from the main day use area and features a playground. All sites at Hosack Run are pet-friendly. Both campgrounds have ADA-accessible campsites, restrooms, and showers. Beyond camping, the park features an 18-hole golf course, a swimming pool with water slide, hiking trails, fishing streams, and the historic Thaddeus Stevens Blacksmith Shop. The Pennsylvania Forest Heritage Discovery Center is located nearby. An electric vehicle charging station is available in parking lot #2.

Located at the intersection of US 30 and PA 233. From Chambersburg, follow US 30 east 11 miles to the park. From Gettysburg, follow US 30 west 15 miles to the park.
