About
Boundary Campground sits along Trail Creek in the Sawtooth National Forest, just 4 miles northeast of Ketchum via Sun Valley. The campground contains 9 sites, including two double units (sites 1 and 7), and shares a hand pump for drinking water and vault toilets with the adjacent 4-unit Boundary Picnic Area. Each campsite includes a fire ring, grill stand, picnic table, and designated tent pad. The campground occupies a mostly open setting with large cottonwood trees providing intermittent shade. Views of Bald Mountain Ski Area to the west add to the scenic appeal. Access roads and parking spurs are gravel, and camp sites feature hardened aprons allowing wheelchair access. ADA-accessible vault toilets serve the area. This is a fee campground operating on a first-come-first-served basis only. Dogs must be leashed and waste properly disposed. Stock animals are not permitted. The 3-day stay limit and 2:00 PM checkout time apply throughout the season.
Directions
From Ketchum, go northeast through Sun Valley on Trail Creek Road about 4 miles. Boundary Campground and Picnic Area will be on your right.
