About
Boundary Campground is a developed, fee campground composed of 9 campsites located on Trail Creek approximately 2 miles northeast of the Sun Valley Resort Village in Sawtooth National Forest. A 4-unit picnic area is adjacent to the campground. The campground is mostly open with large cottonwood trees providing intermittent shade and stunning views of Bald Mountain Ski Area to the west. Amenities include drinking water from a hand pump, 2 vault toilets, refuse service, and each site has a fire ring, grill stand, picnic table, and designated location to pitch a tent. Camp and picnic sites have hardened aprons allowing wheelchair access, with ADA-accessible toilets. Access roads and parking spurs are gravel. Campsites 1 and 7 are double units accommodating larger groups. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis only with no advance reservations. Single sites cost $10 per night and double sites are $20 per night. A 3-day stay limit is enforced with check-out time at 2:00 pm. Dogs must be leashed and their waste picked up and disposed of properly. Stock animals are not permitted. The location provides easy access to fishing, hiking, and backcountry trails.
