The campground serves as a convenient base for exploring nearby Kane Lake, Big Fall Creek Lake, and the Sun Valley/Ketchum area.
The campground features two vault toilets for visitor convenience. Campers should note that potable water is not available on-site, so bringing adequate drinking water is essential. Directions
From Mackay: Take US Highway 93 approximately 16 miles north of Mackay to Trail Creek Road. Turn left on Trail Creek Road (#208) and follow this road 23 miles to the campground. From Challis: Take US Highway 93 south of Challis to Trail Creek Road. Turn right on Trail Creek Road and follow it 23 miles to the campground. From Sun Valley/Ketchum: Take Highway 75 (Main Street) to Sun Valley Road. Turn northeast onto Sun Valley Road, which becomes Trail Creek Road. Follow this road 23 miles to the campground.
