About

Bothe-Napa Valley State Park offers fully restored historic cabins and modern yurts nestled within a 1,900-acre park in the heart of Napa Valley wine country. The cabins provide a homely atmosphere with personal restrooms and kitchens, while yurts offer a stylish glamping alternative with a more rustic experience. Both accommodation types are available year-round and provide access to over 10 miles of hiking trails through stands of coastal redwoods, Douglas-fir, tanoak, and madrone forests. Guests can explore Ritchey Creek Canyon, hike to the historic Pioneer Cemetery, or connect to nearby Bale Grist Mill State Historic Park via the History Trail. The park features dramatic seasonal changes with hot, dry summers reaching 105 degrees and mild, wet winters with nearly 45 inches of rain. Elevations range from 300 to 2,000 feet with diverse wildlife including deer, foxes, bobcats, and six species of woodpeckers. A seasonal swimming pool operates weekends in summer, and the park offers picnic areas, a visitor center, and a Native American Garden showcasing plants important to the Wappo people.
