About
Warm Springs Recreation Area is a day-use facility located at Lake Sonoma in Sonoma County, California, approximately 45 minutes north of Santa Rosa. The park offers six group day-use picnic sites, each featuring a covered shelter with seating for roughly 75 people, picnic tables, and large grills. The recreation area provides sand volleyball courts, a large open field for sports, a playground with climbing structures and swings, a disc golf course, and a dog park. Flush toilets and drinking water are available on site. The Woodland Ridge Nature Trail begins at the park and offers views of Dry Creek Valley and Lake Sonoma. This is strictly a day-use facility with no overnight camping. For overnight camping at Lake Sonoma, visitors should look to Liberty Glen Campground or the primitive boat-in/hike-in campsites elsewhere around the lake.
