Campsites are nestled amidst oak groves with views of chaparral and desert for miles with cooler temperatures and wide-spanning views as would be expected at its higher elevation. Trails can be accessed just outside the campground, which connect to all the trails in the greater OHV Area. The campground has 18 sites available with amenities including picnic tables and 2 vault toilets. Each parking spot was designed to accommodate vehicles towing up to 27 ft. trailers. No potable water is available, so campers must bring their own water supply. An Adventure Pass or valid Federal Recreational Lands Pass is required for camping, with single sites costing $15 per night and double sites $30 per night. The campground operates first-come, first-served with no advance reservations. Green sticker OHV riding season is year-round, while red sticker riding season is October 1 through April 30.
