The Dan Moller Cabin is a 16-by-20 cedar cabin located on central Douglas Island near the headwaters of Kowee Creek. Accessible year-round by hiking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or skiing, the 3-mile trail offers spectacular views of snow-capped peaks, meadows and wildflowers, and is home to local wildlife. Visitors must bring their own amenities, cooking stove, and water, and are expected to clean the cabin before departing.
