About

Texas Springs Campground is located in the hills above Furnace Creek in Death Valley National Park, offering 106 first-come, first-served gravel campsites with scenic views and some shade trees. The campground is accessible via paved roadways and provides basic amenities including seasonal flush toilets, potable water, and a dump station. Each site is equipped with a fire grate and picnic table. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with fees paid at automated fee machines located at the front of the campground and in the upper loop. Standard camping fees are $20 per night, with a reduced rate of $10 for Senior and Access pass holders. Sites accommodate one recreational vehicle with tow, two cars, or four motorcycles, with a maximum of 8 people per site and a 30-day stay limit. Generators are prohibited throughout the campground to maintain a quieter environment. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. Wood fires are permitted only in the provided NPS fire grates and must not be left unattended. Campers should note that no wood gathering is allowed. The campground is conveniently located just beyond the Furnace Creek Ranch off CA-190, providing easy access to Death Valley's attractions and the Furnace Creek Visitor Center.
