About

Seven Points Campground occupies a wooded peninsula on J. Percy Priest Lake, a 14,200-acre Army Corps of Engineers reservoir in middle Tennessee. The campground's 59 sites spread across shaded terrain, each equipped with water and electric hookups (30/50 amp service). Back-in sites predominate, though a handful of pull-throughs accommodate larger rigs. Site lengths often exceed 90 feet, with a 45-foot maximum for RVs and trailers. Flush restrooms with hot showers, potable water spigots, and a dump station serve the facility. The lake defines the experience here. A boat ramp provides direct water access, and a designated swimming beach sits within the campground. Fishing draws serious anglers targeting largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, crappie, striped bass, and catfish. The surrounding 19,000+ acres of grassland and woodland support wildlife viewing and connect to nearby trails, including the 1.6-mile Three Hickories Nature Trail at Cook Recreation Area. Proximity to Nashville makes Seven Points practical for travelers wanting both outdoor recreation and city access. The campground operates seasonally, typically April through late October, with reservations handled through Recreation.gov. A 14-day stay limit applies across all J. Percy Priest Lake campgrounds within any 30-day period.
