About

Seven Points Campground is a lakeside oasis in the green hills of Tennessee, providing visitors with countless recreational activities on J. Percy Priest Lake and the surrounding woodlands. Operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the campground offers 59 shady and spacious campsites with electric and water hookups, creating a comfortable base for exploring the 14,200-acre lake. The campground features modern amenities including flush toilets, hot showers, drinking water, and a dump station. A boat ramp provides direct lake access for boating, fishing, and water sports, while a swimming beach offers a refreshing spot to cool off during summer months. Two large group picnic shelters accommodate more than 100 guests each, making Seven Points an ideal location for family reunions and gatherings. J. Percy Priest Lake offers excellent fishing opportunities for largemouth and smallmouth bass, crappie, striped bass, Cherokee bass, white bass, catfish, and bluegill. The surrounding 19,087 acres of grasslands and woodlands provide opportunities for hiking, wildlife viewing, and horseback riding. The nearby Three Hickories Nature Trail at Cook Recreation Area features 1.6 miles of nature trail through wooded areas. The campground's proximity to Nashville, just 10 miles from downtown, allows visitors to enjoy both outdoor recreation and the cultural attractions of Music City.
