About

Sebago Lake State Park Campground sits on the northern shore of Maine's second largest lake, a premier destination for swimming, fishing, and boating. The 250-site campground spreads through mature forests, with many sites offering shade and privacy. Sites range from tent pads to large RV-compatible spots, with select sites featuring water and electric hookups. Facilities are well-maintained and include multiple bathhouses with flush toilets and hot showers, an RV dump station, and potable water throughout. Each site comes equipped with a picnic table and fire ring, with firewood available for purchase in the park. The Songo Lock connects Sebago Lake to neighboring waterways, operating from May through mid-October. The park offers excellent swimming at sandy beaches on both the Casco and Naples sides, plus a trailered boat launch and miles of hiking trails along the lake and Songo River. The nature center provides educational programming during summer months. Reservations are highly recommended and open in early February, as this is one of Maine's most sought-after campgrounds.
