Quinsigamond State Park is a day-use recreation area located along the western shore of Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester, Massachusetts. The park consists of two distinct areas: Regatta Point and Lake Park. The Regatta Point area, located across from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, provides facilities for swimming, sailing, picnicking, and fishing. The Lake Park area offers additional recreational opportunities including a swimming beach, picnic areas with grills, and tennis courts. The park is particularly renowned for its 2,000-meter rowing course, recognized as one of the best rowing courses in the world and a popular venue for crew racing. The park offers accessible facilities including beach wheelchairs, beach mats, accessible fishing areas, and accessible restrooms. Three pavilions are available for reservation, two accommodating 35 people each and one larger pavilion hosting up to 75 people. Quinsigamond State Park does not offer overnight camping facilities. The park operates as a day-use area from sunrise to sunset, with parking fees charged year-round. Activities include swimming, sailing, non-motorized boating, fishing, tennis, running, walking, and cross-country skiing in winter.
