About

Quinn Springs Pavilion is a covered day-use picnic shelter nestled in a grove of white oaks, hickories, and yellow poplars in Cherokee National Forest. Named for the seeping spring on the mountainside above, the pavilion sits across Highway 30 from the Hiwassee State Scenic River. It accommodates up to 50 people, making it ideal for family reunions, church picnics, and group gatherings. The facility includes picnic tables, one large and one small charcoal grill, designated fire rings for charcoal fires, and a waterless vault toilet. There is no potable water on-site, so visitors must bring their own. A graveled parking area provides access. The Hiwassee River offers popular fishing opportunities, and nearby outfitters provide rafting and kayaking rentals. Oswald Dome Trail, Fisherman's Trail, Lowery Falls Trail, and the Reliance Historic District are all nearby. This is a day-use only facility with no overnight camping permitted. Alcohol, firearms, and fireworks are prohibited. Pets must be kept on a leash.

Directions

Located on Highway 30, approximately 6 miles south of Etowah, TN and 6 miles north of Benton, TN. From Highway 411, turn onto Highway 30; the pavilion is 0.3 miles on the right.
