About

Park Creek Campground is nestled along the banks of Park Creek in the spectacular Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. The campground's old-growth forest setting provides a serene atmosphere with towering Douglas fir and cedar trees creating a canopy overhead. Baker Lake is close by, offering excellent fishing and boating opportunities, while numerous hiking trails and climbing routes are within a short driving distance. The campground features 12 sites total: 11 standard nonelectric sites accommodating both tent and RV camping, plus one tent-only site. Each site is equipped with a picnic table and campfire ring with grill. Vault toilets are provided, but this is a no-water facility. Campers must bring their own drinking water or obtain it from nearby Swift Creek Campground. Nearby attractions include the Shadow of the Sentinels Trail, a barrier-free interpretive trail winding through a 500-year-old ancient forest, and the Baker Lake Trail, an easy family hike along the eastern shoreline. The area also serves as a basecamp for snowshoeing in winter months and provides access to the Mt. Baker National Recreation Area, Mt. Baker Wilderness, and North Cascades National Park.
