About

Marten Creek Group Camp occupies a secluded forested bench overlooking the confluence of the South Fork Stillaguamish River and Marten Creek, approximately 13.5 miles east of Granite Falls in the Darrington Ranger District. The site sits near the Boulder River Wilderness, offering access to old-growth forests and backcountry hiking. This tent-only group campground accommodates up to 25 people and 6 vehicles. Amenities include vault toilets, fire rings with grills, and picnic tables at each site. There is no potable water, so campers must bring their own supply. The gravel driveway provides access to the site. Reservations are required through Recreation.gov. Campers must pick up the gate key at the Gold Basin Campground host. The steep riverbank makes this site less suitable for small children. Pets are permitted on leash.
