Lake St Catherine State Park Campground

Lake St. Catherine State Park is located in Poultney, Vermont, on the shores of Lake St. Catherine. The campground features 60 sites: 36 tent/RV sites, 12 tent-only sites, 11 lean-tos, and one electric cabin. Sites range from grassy open areas to wooded locations, many with direct lake access. The park provides flush toilets (ADA accessible), coin-operated hot showers, water spigots throughout, and an RV dump station, though no hookups are available at individual sites. Beyond camping, the park offers well-developed day-use facilities including a swimming beach, playground, nature center, and snack bar concession. Boat rentals are available including canoes, kayaks, rowboats, and pedal boats. An 18-hole disc golf course winds through the open fields and trees, providing 1-2 hours of play depending on skill level. Hiking trails explore the surrounding area. Reservations can be made up to 11 months in advance on a rolling basis. Stays booked more than 7 days ahead require a 2-night minimum; one-night stays are permitted within 7 days of arrival.
