Open — Open year-round. First-come, first-served boat-in camping. A Lake Chelan Federal Dock Site Permit is required May 1 through October 31 ($10 daily or $75 seasonal).

About

Domke Falls Campground is a boat-access only campground situated on the south shore of Lake Chelan in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. Accessible year-round, the campground can be reached by boating approximately 18 miles up lake from Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park. The facility features four tent sites positioned right on the shoreline, three fire rings, four tables, and one vault toilet. A floating dock accommodates up to six boats. The campground provides direct access to a short trail leading to Domke Falls, offering scenic waterfall viewing opportunities. Note that there is no access to Domke Lake, the Domke Lake National Recreation Trail, or Domke Mountain Lookout Trail from this location. Water can be treated or filtered from nearby Lake Chelan. This is a popular destination that experiences heavy usage during the peak season.

Directions

From Chelan, travel south on Highway 97 Alternate for 3 miles. Turn right onto Southshore Road and continue approximately 17 miles to Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park. Launch at Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park and boat approximately 18 miles up lake. Domke Falls Campground is located on the south shore.
