About

Domke Falls Campground sits at 1,140 feet elevation on the south shore of Lake Chelan, accessible exclusively by boat. The 18-mile journey from Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park brings visitors to a primitive campground featuring four tent sites, three fire rings, four picnic tables, and one vault toilet. The floating dock accommodates up to six boats. No potable water is available; campers must treat or filter water from nearby sources. There is no trash service, so visitors must pack out all garbage. A short trail provides access to views of Domke Falls. Note that this campground does not provide access to Domke Lake, Domke Lake National Recreation Trail #1280, or Domke Mountain Lookout Trail #1280.1. The campground is first-come, first-served only with no advance reservations. Sites are held by physically occupying them overnight. From May 1 through October 31, a Lake Chelan Federal Dock Site Permit is required for all boats using the dock ($10/day or $75/season).
