About

Divide Forks Campground is a primitive high-elevation campground located in the Uncompahgre National Forest on the Divide Road south of Grand Junction. At 9,200 feet, the campground provides access to the North Uncompahgre's extensive ATV trail network known as the Divide Forks ATV complex, featuring over 50 miles of trails for off-highway vehicle enthusiasts. The campground has 11 sites available on a first-come, first-served basis with a maximum spur length of 20 feet. Facilities are basic: vault toilets are provided but there is no potable water, so campers must bring their own water supply. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The campground operates seasonally from late spring to early fall, with exact dates dependent on weather and snow conditions at this elevation. Overnight camping is $14 per night per site, with an additional $7 charge for extra vehicles.
