About

Davis Branch Campground is one of several small campgrounds tucked along Tellico River Road (FS Road 210) in the Tellico Ranger District of Cherokee National Forest. With just six campsites, it offers a secluded setting for anglers and those seeking a quiet escape along the Tellico River. Each site includes a picnic table, fire ring, and lantern post. This is a primitive, first-come-first-served campground with no advance reservations. Payment ($10/night) can be made on-site using the Recreation.gov mobile app's Scan and Pay feature, though cell service is limited so download the app before arriving. The campground has vault toilets but no potable water; drinking water is available at nearby campgrounds. Interagency Senior/Access Recreation Pass holders receive a 50% discount on the campsite fee.

Directions

From Tellico Plains, turn onto TN 165 for approximately 5 miles, then turn right onto Forest Road 210 past the Ranger Station. The campground is approximately 15 miles upstream.
