The facility offers two semi-rustic cabins with some modern amenities for a quiet retreat in a spectacular mountain setting. The main cabin features a semi-modernized kitchen with a propane cooking stove, refrigerator, and sink, along with solar electric lighting and a pot-belly wood stove for heat. It accommodates up to four people with two bunk beds. A second smaller cabin includes a queen bed and loft. Basic kitchen supplies are provided. A vault toilet is located in a separate bathhouse on the property. Visitors must bring their own water as none is available on site. Lake City is about an hour's drive and offers basic services.
