Several people have been reported trapped either in vehicles or in homes. Numerous roads are reported flooded along with many structures. Rainfall amounts of 5 to 7 inches have been recorded by gages throughout the area since this afternoon. FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Central Upshur County including the areas in and around Buckhannon.
