About

Webster State Park encompasses 880 acres along the rocky shoreline of Webster Reservoir, located 8 miles west of Stockton in Rooks County. The 3,739-acre reservoir with 50 miles of shoreline provides excellent fishing for walleye, wipers, and channel catfish, along with boating and swimming at designated beaches. The park maintains 193 campsites across multiple campgrounds. Eagles Landing features 20 electric/water sites with 50/30/20 amp service and year-round water. Lakeview Campground offers electric/water hookups though water is shut off October 15 through April 1. Rock Point Campground provides similar utility hookups. Over 100 primitive sites are available throughout the outer areas of these campgrounds. Two modern rental cabins with full kitchens and private bathrooms sleep 5-6 guests. Facilities include modern shower houses at Townsite and Rock Point (closed seasonally in winter), vault toilets throughout the park, and an RV dump station. Recreational amenities include swimming beaches, a sand volleyball court, pickleball/basketball court, horseshoe pits, playgrounds, and hiking trails along the shoreline.
