0.6 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already
occurring with multiple mudslides reported around 3:30 pm MDT along
Highway 145 between Norwood Hill and Placerville.

of rain have fallen across the northwest portion of the Ferris
Burn Scar. The expected rainfall rate is 3 to 5 inches in 1 hour.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flows.
The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose
materials.
