Alcohol Prohibitions
This Order describes acts that are prohibited upon lands, roads and trails within the National Forest System administered by the Forest Service Pacific Northwest Region in regards to alcoholic beverages.
Aquatic Invasive Species
This Order prohibits 1) possessing, storing, or transporting any aquatic invasive animal species AND 2) prohibits possessing, storing, or transporting any aquatic or riparian invasive plant species - on National Forest System lands in the Pacific Northwest Region as specified in the Order.
Restrictions on Use of Forage and Mulch Products
This Order prohibits unloading, storing, or using any straw, hay, grain, seed, or other forage or mulch products that are not state-certified weed free on the National Forest System lands, roads or trails in any Closure Area as specific in the Order.
14 Day Stay Order
Pursuant to 16 USC §551 and 36 CFR §261.50 (a), the following acts are prohibited upon lands administered by the OCHOCO National Forest as described in this order. PROHIBITIONS:

About
Located in the Ochoco National Forest east of Prineville, Scotts Camp Campground is a small, primitive camping area that offers a quiet base for forest recreation. With only 3 campsites available on a first-come, first-served basis, this free campground sits at the intersection of Forest Service Roads 22, 3010, and 2630, providing convenient access to multiple recreation areas. The campground's location between Big Summit Prairie to the south and Bridge Creek Wilderness to the north makes it an ideal starting point for hiking, wildlife viewing, and exploring the diverse landscapes of the Ochoco National Forest. Each campsite includes a picnic table, and vault toilets are available on-site. Campers should come prepared with their own water, as none is available at the campground. Access to Scotts Camp requires traveling approximately 27 miles east from Prineville on Highway 26, then navigating a series of forest roads. The remote location offers solitude and a true backcountry experience while remaining accessible by standard vehicles during summer months. Winter access may be limited due to snow on forest roads.
Directions
From Prineville, Oregon: Head east on Hwy 26 for approximately 27 miles. Turn right onto Forest Service Road 2630 and continue for approximately 3 miles. Turn right onto Forest Service Road 2210 and continue for 2 miles. Turn left onto Forest Service Road 22 and continue for approximately 13 miles. Make a sharp left at the junction of Forest Service Road 22 and Forest Service Road 150 to stay on Forest Service Road 22. Proceed about 2 miles and Scotts Campground will be on your left. It is located across from a gravel pit, at the intersection of Forest Service Road 22 and Forest Service Road 3010.
