San Juan Campground offers a blend of sun and shade along the North Fork Skykomish River in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. The 8 single campsites are available first-come, first-served with no reservations accepted. Each site is equipped with a picnic table and fire ring for campfire cooking and relaxation. This is a dry campground with no potable water available on-site. Campers should bring their own water supply or be prepared to filter and treat water from the nearby river. Vault toilets are provided. A separate day-use picnic area is also available. The campground serves as a base for exploring the North Fork Skykomish River corridor. The nearest services for gas and groceries are in Skykomish, approximately 25 miles away. Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m., with quiet hours observed from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Directions

From US Highway 2 just west of milepost 50, turn north on Beckler Road (Forest Service Road 65) toward Beckler River Campground. Continue on FS Road 65 for 15 miles to its junction with North Fork Skykomish Road (FS Road 63). Head west on FS Road 63 for 2 miles; the campground is on the left.
