* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Fayette, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Hocking, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto and Warren. * WHEN...Through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Soils remain moist and excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall through Wednesday morning is expected to be between 2 and 3 inches, with higher amounts expected along a narrow west-east axis. Located at Rocky Fork State Park in Highland County, Ohio, the Sycamore Shelter/East End Overlook provides a reservable camping and shelter area overlooking the scenic Rocky Fork Lake. The park's 2,080-acre lake with 31 miles of shoreline is the centerpiece of this recreation area, which became part of Ohio's state park system in 1950. The park offers unlimited horsepower boating with multiple boat ramps, a marina, and fishing opportunities for various species. Hiking trails wind through the park, providing access to the area's natural beauty including nearby wetlands and the Rocky Fork Gorge. While the historic Seven Caves attraction is no longer open to the public, the park's natural features continue to draw visitors year-round. Rocky Fork State Park features modern amenities including the main campground with flush toilets, showers, laundry facilities, a dump station, and camp store. The park accommodates various camping styles with options ranging from full hookup sites to more primitive areas, along with group camping facilities and the Dovetail Group Activity Area.

From Hillsboro, Ohio, take US-50 east for approximately 5 miles. Turn right onto North Shore Drive and continue for about 2 miles to reach the campground entrance.
