About

Located 20 miles northeast of Fresno in the Sierra Nevada foothills, Millerton Lake Campground spans multiple loops on the lake's north shore. Meadows Loop operates year-round with both full hookup sites and standard campsites, featuring flush toilets and showers. Fort Miller and Mono/Rocky Point loops offer standard sites open April through September, with Rocky Point best suited for tent camping. Dumna Strands and Valley Oak provide primitive tent-only camping with chemical toilets. The campground also includes group sites accommodating up to 75 people, a horse camp with stalls, and boat-in camping at Temperance Flat when water levels permit. With over 40 miles of shoreline, visitors enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, and hiking in this temperate climate area that serves as the traditional homeland of the Dumna and Kechaye Yokuts people.
