About
Lee Creek Campground offers a peaceful forested setting along the scenic Lolo Pass corridor in Lolo National Forest, 26 miles west of Lolo, Montana on U.S. Highway 12. The campground features 22 sites spread across two loops at an elevation of 4,200 feet, providing a shaded retreat adjacent to both Lolo Creek and Lee Creek. Each campsite includes a picnic table and fire ring, and the campground can accommodate RVs with 30-foot parking spurs available. The location puts visitors near significant historical and recreational attractions. An interpretive site is located within the campground, and the Lolo Pass Lewis and Clark/Nez Perce National Historic Trail is nearby. The Lolo Pass Visitor Center is 6 miles west, while a commercial hot springs resort is within 1 mile. Groceries and gas are available 26 miles east in Lolo. The campground operates with a 14-day stay limit and charges $15 per night during peak season (May through Labor Day) for single sites with two vehicles included. Additional vehicles are $5 per night. After Labor Day, the campground closes for the season. Interagency Senior/Access Recreation Passes provide a 50% discount on single campsites. Drinking water is available from a hand pump, and vault toilets serve the campground. Bear safety and food storage requirements are in effect throughout Lolo National Forest.
