Closed — Closed for winter. The campground road is physically inaccessible by vehicle and typically operates from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, weather dependent. During winter, access is only possible by foot, dog sled, or snowmachine.

Brushkana Creek Campground sits at Mile Post 104.5 along Alaska's scenic Denali Highway, offering 22 well-spaced campsites in a remote wilderness setting. Managed by the Bureau of Land Management, this established campground serves as a key stopping point along the 135-mile gravel highway connecting Paxson to Cantwell. The campground is divided into three loops, each equipped with accessible double vault toilets. Facilities include picnic tables and fire rings with grill attachments at each site, numerous bear-proof trash receptacles and food lockers, a hand pump for potable water, and ample parking for vehicles and trailers. A day-use area with a covered picnic shelter borders Brushkana Creek, and interpretive panels throughout the site provide information about local flora, fauna, and safety. The campground's location provides excellent opportunities for grayling fishing in Brushkana Creek, hiking on maintained trails, wildlife viewing, and photography of the surrounding Alaska Range. The Denali Highway offers some of Alaska's most spectacular scenery and serves as a historic route through wild landscapes. The campground's remote location means no cell phone service is available, though hosts may access service by hiking the Brushkana Creek trail to higher ground. All sites are first-come, first-served with no advance reservations.

Located at Mile Post 104.5 on the Denali Highway, approximately 30 miles east of the Parks Highway junction at Cantwell. The Denali Highway is a gravel road.
