About
Bosque Campground offers a rustic camping experience in the Manzano Mountains within Cibola National Forest's Mountainair Ranger District. The campground operates year-round on a first-come, first-served basis. Amenities are minimal, with restrooms available but no potable water on-site. Campers should come prepared with their own water supply and be ready for limited services, as trash service may not always be available and restrooms may be un-serviced at times. Recreational opportunities in the area include horseback riding, picnicking, hunting, and scenic driving routes. The Mountainair Ranger District offers access to the broader Manzano Mountains area, including trails and wilderness areas. This campground is best suited for self-sufficient campers comfortable with primitive conditions.
