Findley Campground, operated by Nevada Irrigation District in cooperation with the Tahoe National Forest, is a great basecamp for recreational activities such as boating, fishing, hunting and hiking. Anglers can find rainbow and brown trout and make use of the boat ramp and swim beach. Visitors can explore the area on the Pacific Crest Trail or the half-mile interpretive nature trail. Campsites come with picnic tables and campfire rings, and facilities include flushing toilets and drinking water.
