Caney River near Collinsville affecting Tulsa and Rogers Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Caney River near Collinsville. * WHEN...From this afternoon to this evening. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 18.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage to a crest of 26.5 feet around noon today. Reports of road closures in the Owasso area and flooding in the Oologah area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 752 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
