but in northern California these temperatures could be around 23
degrees.
* WHERE...Valleys of western and central Siskiyou County,
including the Shasta Valley, Scott Valley, portions of the
lower Klamath River Valley. This also includes Mount Shasta
City and areas to the east.
* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, until 8 AM PDT this
morning. For the second Freeze Warning, from 2 AM to 9 AM PDT
Monday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and
other sensitive vegetation.

* WHAT...A moderate risk for sneaker waves is expected. Short
period north-northwest wind waves will interact with a
building west-northwest long period swell.
* WHERE...The beaches of Douglas, Coos, and Curry counties.
* WHEN...Through Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Sneaker waves can run up significantly farther on
beaches than normal, including over rocks and jetties. These
waves can suddenly knock people off of their feet and sweep
them into the ocean. The waves can also move logs or other
objects which could crush or trap anyone caught underneath.
