Winds become northwest at 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt Wednesday night. * WHERE...The coastal waters from Oregon Inlet to Ocracoke Inlet. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate southwesterly winds persist this morning ahead of an advancing cold front. The winds will then weaken briefly during the day on Wednesday before becoming northerly late Wednesday and increasing once again. Moderate northerly winds then continue through Wednesday night.
