* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in northern Kentucky, Boone, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin and Kenton, and the following counties, in Ohio, Brown, Butler, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Madison, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross and Warren. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Soils remain moist and excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and some thunderstorms will move across the region today. Rainfall upwards of 1 to 2 inches is expected today.

In west central Ohio, Montgomery and Preble. * WHEN...Until 800 AM EST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 244 AM EST, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hamilton, Kettering, Middletown, Fairfield, Mason, Oxford, Miamisburg, Lebanon, Springboro, Monroe, Trenton, Franklin, Bellbrook, Moraine, Carlisle, South Middletown, West Carrollton, Ross, Camden and Gratis.
